I had to email them about something with my order, and they replied the next day. The response was clear and gave me what I needed to get it sorted out. I wouldn’t call it lightning-fast support, but personally, I’d rather get a helpful answer a day later than a quick one that doesn’t solve anything. Overall, it was a decent experience

When the package showed up a bit crushed, I immediately had that sinking feeling because I’ve had things arrive broken before. Thankfully, the item inside was completely fine, so that was a relief. Still, I do think it could’ve used a little more packing inside to keep everything safer next time.

I ordered a few ammo boxes and a sling since the site showed everything as in stock. Most of it shipped out just fine, though one item ended up being delayed by a couple days. They did let me know, which I appreciated. From my experience, it wasn’t perfect, but the inventory was more accurate than a lot of other outdoor shops I’ve ordered from.

"Order was right, but not perfect"
I ordered from Dack Outdoors and, for the most part, everything showed up like it was supposed to. I did get the items I picked, and nothing was missing, which was a relief?!
One small item looked a bit different than what I thought I was ordering, but it still worked fine, so I didn’t make a big deal out of it. Overall, it was an okay experience, I just wish the product details had matched a little better.

I had to return an item and, to be fair, the process did work. It just took longer than I expected, and I was getting a bit impatient waiting for replies. Customer service did get back to me eventually, but not exactly quickly. It all got sorted in the end, so I can’t say it was bad, but it definitely could’ve been smoother and faster.

I didn’t go through a full order review, just checked out the compliance details. I was expecting it to be a bit confusing, so I was relieved once I started reading. Most of it was clear and didn’t feel buried or hidden. A few parts took a second to understand, but overall it was organized and actually helpful.

I ordered items from them last November, still not received anything! Just checked online after repeated attempts to check in. They said items were on backorder to find out after reaching the store personnel, they said they can order them, as they are in stock with distributor. They never told me this and i checked my order online and it says they are going out of business. This place is 100% a scam!! Would give 0 review but doesn't allow!!
